9th World Congress of Diabetes “DIABETESINDIA 2019” will be held from 28th February–3rd March 2019 at Jaipur, the ‘Pink City, Paris of India’, renowned for its unique architecture, forts, palaces and monuments. For the first time ever in India, the Congress will have EASD, ATTD, CODHY and ISPAD Symposiums.

Some of the hot topics that will be explored include type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, obesity and nutrition, diabetic foot, educator’s workshop, prevention and dissemination of knowledge regarding diabetes. With more than 40 international and 160 national invited faculties with expertise in the field of diabetes, the four-day event will definitely be a scientific feast to be cherished. More than 4000 delegates are expected to attend the Congress.

Diabetes India 2019 organizers have also planned for two new innovative ideas at Jaipur Diabetes India Congress. Young adults with type 1 diabetes are invited to apply for Young Leaders in Diabetes India program that aims to promote diabetes advocacy. Applications are invited from young physicians practicing diabetes to join Young Diabetologists "Genious" group program that aims to foster career development and promote activities to advance knowledge about diabetes care and research among young diabetologists.
