Ingredients
3/4 C plain instant oatmeal
1 Cup fat free milk
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp low fat vanilla yogurt
Directions
1.Mix the oats, milk, almonds and gingerin a microwavable bowl. Nuke for 2 minutes. Top with yogurt.
