Lime Ambrosia Fruit Cup


    Ingredients

  • 8 cups cutup fresh melon, strawberries, seedless grapes and peaches
  • 3 teaspoons finely shredded lime peel
  • 3 table spoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

    Preparation

  • Place fruits in a very large bowl, combine lime peel, lime juice, honey and ginger in a small bowl; pour over the fruit and toss.
  • Number of servings: 12
