Baked Salmon
4 medium sized salmon pieces
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Method
Make a smooth paste with pepper, vinegar and salt. Nicely spread over on each salmon pieces and keep it for 3-4 hrs in refrigerator. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
