Wash your hands before you start.
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until tender, tossing halfway.
3. Meanwhile, zest and juice the lemon into a small bowl. Add garlic, yogurt, dill, salt, and pepper.
4. Drizzle yogurt sauce over the wedges and serve.
