Mix Veg Paniyaram
Ingredients
- Dosa Batter – 2 cups 150 g
- Oats – 40 g
- Onion – ½ cup 50 g
- Tomato – ½ cup 50 g
- Carrot – 2 tbsp 5 g
- Beans – 2 tbsp 5 g
- Green chilli – 1 tsp 5 g
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp 5 g
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat a paniyaram pan on medium heat.
- Brush little oil in the cavities to avoid paniyaram from sticking on the pan.
- Pour little batter in the pan cavities and cover the pan.
- Cook till paniyarams are slightly browned from the bottom.
- Turn the paniyaram and cook on the other side uncovered till slightly browned.
- Remove from the pan.
