Mix Veg Paniyaram

Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter – 2 cups 150 g
  • Oats – 40 g
  • Onion – ½ cup 50 g
  • Tomato – ½ cup 50 g
  • Carrot – 2 tbsp 5 g
  • Beans – 2 tbsp 5 g
  • Green chilli – 1 tsp 5 g
  • Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp 5 g

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a paniyaram pan on medium heat.
  3. Brush little oil in the cavities to avoid paniyaram from sticking on the pan.
  4. Pour little batter in the pan cavities and cover the pan.
  5. Cook till paniyarams are slightly browned from the bottom.
  6. Turn the paniyaram and cook on the other side uncovered till slightly browned.
  7. Remove from the pan.
