8. JDC Updates - Diabscreen Free Camp at Pandalam

    Diabscreen Kerala free camp was organised at Padippura Yathrinivas, Pandalam by Kesavadev Trust in association with JCI Pandalam on May 20, 2010. The chief co- coordinator of the camp was Shibu. More than 125 subjects were screened free of cost for Blood sugar, A1c, cholesterol, BP, BMI etc. Dr.Jothydev spoke for over an hour and answered to all questions on diabetes in the well-attended camp. More than a dozen Kesavadev trust staff is seen in pictures involved in various camp activities.

Diabscreen camp for television artists
    Kesavadev trust and Diabscreen Kerala conducted free diabetes screening, education and treatment camp for television artists(ATMA) at Govt Rest House, Thycaud, Trivandrum. Diabscreen Kerala staff are seen in pictures involved in various activities. Kesavadev Trust did free blood sugars, Cholesterol, HbA1c, BP screening etc. Office bearers of ATMA , Poojappura Radhakrishnan and Ganesan MLA co ordinated the annual event. Dr.Jothydev Kesavadev spoke on prevention and treatment of overweight, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol etc., Those who required personal advices on prevention and treatment of life style diseases were provided with individual free consultations. Jayapalan(Director,Operations), Muraleedharan Nair (Relationship Officer, JDC) , Jayasreelally, DTMS officer etc. supervised the activities.
