Hi,

In this June 2013 issue of JDC Diabetes Gems we present before you a rich experience with an update on both theory and practice in diabetes.

The video hopefully will be helpful for those patients who discontinue medications on their own.

Though statins have a low chance of increasing blood sugars, it still remains a life saving safe medication for all diabetes patients requiring them. Other features include the history of American Diabetes Association, mechanism of GLP-1 secretion, risk involved in Bariatric surgery, a word of caution on the use of artificial sweeteners etc. etc.
