Ingredients
For Dressing:
• 1/4 cup plain yogurt
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Salad:
• 1 cup chopped apple
• 1 cup chopped celery
• I tablespoon dried cranberry chopped
• I tablespoon walnut chopped
Preparation: In a bowl whisk together yogurt, lemon juice & salt. Stir in apple, celery, dried cranberry, walnuts and nutmeg.
