8. Receipe of the month
Pasta avocado salad

Ingredients:

whole wheat pasta -1 cup
Carrot chopped -1/2 cup
Cabbage chopped -1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped-1/2 cup
onion chopped-1/2 cup
Lime juice- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Avocado fruit flesh mashed- 1/2 fruit

Method

Cook pasta in boiling water until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite. Mix all the ingredients very well. Now the yummy salad is ready to be served.
