Diabscreen Kerala, P. Kesavadev Trust, and Jothydev’s Diabetes Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram, in association with Bhagavathi Seva Samiti, organized a free diabetes awareness camp at the Punnakamugal Residents’ Association Hall as part of World Diabetes Month initiatives. The program included an awareness talk by Dr. Arun Shankar, Medical Director and Senior Consultant Diabetologist, focusing on diabetes management, diet, and healthy lifestyle practices, followed by free diabetes screening and diagnostic tests. The camp was inaugurated by Ward Councillor Ms. Manju, reinforcing the collective effort toward early detection, preventive care, and community health awareness.
