Breaded Beans
100 g fresh green beans
½ cup chopped onion
1 tbs coconut oil
2-3 cloves garlic
¼ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
Salt to taste
Method
Cut the beans into one finger size. Transfer beans, onion and chopped garlic and salt into a frying pan. Add oil and sauté for 2 minutes. Close with a lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on low heat. Turn off heat and toss green beans with the bread crumbs until coated.
