Yogurt Parfait
- 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks or papaya chunks
- 2 teaspoons toasted wheat germ
PREPARATION
Place yogurt in a small bowl. Top with fruit and sprinkle with wheat germ.
