Yogurt Parfait

  1.   3/4 cup  low-fat plain yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks or papaya chunks
  3. 2 teaspoons toasted wheat germ

  PREPARATION

Place  yogurt in a small bowl. Top with fruit and sprinkle with wheat germ.

 Calories 196;  fat 4 g ;  carbohydrate 31 g; protein 12 g;
