Layered salad

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1 avocado
1/2 cup no sour thick curd
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped cucumber
½ cup sprouted green gram
1 medium tomato, chopped


Preparation


Take a glass bowl and transfer the sprouts. Sprinkle some salt. Then layer onion, cucumber, curd and tomato. Sprinkle some salt. Top with mashed avocado
